  • Standard Samples: Proto-samples are provided without custom branding. Custom woven labels, hang tags, or branding on samples can be added for an additional charge.
  • Timeline: The minimum production time for a sample is 15 days. This may be extended based on design complexity.
  • Start Date: Production begins only once the client's payment has been cleared in our account.
  • Delays: While we strive for speed, a 2-week delay may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays stemming from client communication gaps or late information sharing are not the company's responsibility.
  • Budgeting: If project requirements exceed the initial sample budget, we reserve the right to request additional funding to ensure the quality of the final result.
  • No Refunds: All sample production fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Advance Payment: To initiate bulk production, a minimum 70% advance payment is required and 30% before shipping. This deposit secures your production slot and covers initial material procurement and labor overheads.
  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of private-label manufacturing, all bulk orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Defect Guarantee: We stand by our craftsmanship. CutSew Fashion takes full responsibility for any manufacturing shortfalls. In the event of confirmed defective units, we will remake the affected pieces to meet our quality standards.
  • Social Media Usage: We document the production journey through photos and videos to showcase our capabilities. By default, CutSew Fashion reserves the right to use these production-time images and videos for our own social media marketing.
  • Privacy Opt-Out: If you prefer your production process to remain private, we respect your brand's confidentiality. This can be formalized through a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the start of our partnership.
  • Pricing Transparency: Our quoted pricing is inclusive of shipping costs to your location.
  • Customs & Duties: Please be advised that while the shipping cost is covered, all destination-specific customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees remain the sole responsibility of the client.
  • Shipping: We operate under clear Incoterms (EXW, FOB Karachi, CIF, or DDP). While we partner with trusted global carriers, the company is not liable for delays caused by customs hold-ups or international courier processing errors.
  • Ethical Standards: Our operations adhere to strict standards regarding fair wages and safe working conditions.
  • Conflict Resolution: In the event of a discrepancy, we urge clients to contact their dedicated project manager immediately to ensure a collaborative resolution.
